What the first 30 minutes actually looks like

No deck. No discovery script. No "tell me about your business" for twenty minutes.

  • We map the process that is costing you the most right now
  • We name exactly where work is being done twice
  • We tell you whether custom software is even the right answer — sometimes it is not, and we will say so
  • You get a realistic range and timeline on the call, not in a proposal two weeks later

If it turns out we're not the right fit, you'll still leave with a clearer picture of the problem than you had. That's worth half an hour of anyone's time.

That is the normal starting point, and honestly the better one. Most of our best projects began with someone describing a mess rather than a requirements document. Working out what should actually be built is the first half of the job, and it is included.
No. There is no sequence, no nurture campaign and no salesperson — there is Arun, who reads every enquiry personally and replies once. If you do not reply, that is the end of it.
